Remember When?

One of my favorite memories from our teen years was our trip to General Conference. We had so much fun seeing Utah and especially BYU for the first time - I think we decided right then and there that we needed to go there.

Of course, we spent a good amount of time chasing various Osmonds around campus.

We sure had some fun times at BYU - remember when we went on that double-date to Sadie Hawkins with Tom and Dell? We had a picnic on the stair landing at the Harris Fine Arts building, followed by bowling at the Wilk, and then a mad dash to the dance on foot, arriving just in time to get down to the last dance - "Boogie Fever" or some disco song. What I remember most is that you had new shows on, and that race to the dance caused your feet to get bloody, but girl, you still boogie-oogie-oogied.
We loved performing - and we didn't need an audience either. Remember singing and acting the entire Grease soundtrack, hour after hour? We even dressed up for Halloween - here's you as Sandy being bullied by the Pink Ladies.

Always a flair for the theatrical - or maybe commercial? Fruit of the Looms and Snap Crackle and Pop.Here's one of my favorite pictures of you - not the best photo with the sun in your eyes, but I remember getting to know Katie this day, and you were so proud of her. You were a beautiful new momma.
We sure had fun making all of these memories, didn't we? Love you girl!
